Carol G. Taylor is the driving force behind Sweet Temptations. For the past twenty years she has worked in all aspects of the four walls inside a scratch bakery.  Her education in an academic sense stopped with some college. Her education in the Bakery industry has been rapidly advancing over the past seventeen years. She has had the opportunity to work in two New Orleans area family owned Scratch Bakeries which each had there own style. Their diversity allowed Carol to learn both a traditional English way of both pastry and bakery items and a unique Southern with a twist of New Orleans style of baking and preparing all types of Specialty Cakes. Prior to The family owned bakeries Carol worked primarily in Retail chain operations. During this time she learned the business aspect of running a bakery, as her duties included inventory control, sales goals, and profit margins that had to be met. The diversity she has developed over the past years gives her a great advantage over others in this industry.
